So grateful to Holly for recognizing the talents of our students. We love hearing that they are learning and at the same time, able to help support Gather's important mission!

"I wanted to share these photos of our student workers in action. Devin has been a wonderful addition in our GBCC kitchen. He is a tremendous help with our cafe operations and has picked up a wealth of skills...From learning how to wrap egg rolls and make a killer soup, he's just the best!

Today I set out to make a gumbo. Kelli stepped up to the plate ready to slice sausage and chop veggies....I am so incredibly proud of her for learning not just how to make a whole dish; but also, her ability to provide 67 nourishing complete meals to go back to our pantry and after-hours fridge.

Thank you so much for these incredible student workers...It's such a privilege to be able to witness so much growth. - Holly, Gather Cafe
